1. Overview of the service
1.1 What you get
Launchpad is a comprehensive program designed to assist you in building and launching your FlutterFlow application from concept to production. This includes personalized guidance, hands-on development support, and technical mentoring throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Launchpad has three tiers to suit different needs:

1.2 Team structure
Support and guidance for the Developer and Accelerate tiers is provided by our team at Kealy Studio. While John Kealy oversees all client work in a supervisory capacity, day-to-day support may be handled by other team members. John remains actively involved and is consulted whenever a team member requires additional support to fulfill your needs. This team-based approach allows us to provide more responsive support while maintaining consistent quality standards. When you join the program, you'll be assigned a private Slack channel where John and the other team members who will be working with you will greet you and get to know you and your needs. You can schedule your first video call via Slack once you've joined the channel.
1.3 Communication
Lite
Lite tier members have access to the Kealy Studio members dashboard where content, templates, and resources are posted. Direct communication is not included in this tier.
Developer
Developer tier members communicate via Slack for ad-hoc queries. Additionally, you'll have one monthly check-in call to discuss progress, roadblocks, and next steps. We'll typically try to respond within one business day, but please note that exact response times may vary based on current workloads or time zone differences. Please bear in mind that we do not work on weekends, at least not officially.
Accelerate
Accelerate tier members receive priority support via Slack for all queries including bug fixing, mentoring, and development support. You'll have two monthly check-in calls for more intensive collaboration. It's also possible to schedule further calls if we deem that a call would be more efficient for a particular solution, but in practice we've actually found that calls are not actually the most efficient way to troubleshoot problems and discuss solutions. Response times are prioritized for Accelerate members, typically within one business day or sooner when possible. Please bear in mind that we do not work on weekends, at least not officially.
1.4 Time allocation and project scope
Lite
The Lite tier is self-service with access to pre-recorded content and resources. There is no direct time allocation or project scope definition required.
Developer
The Developer tier includes more consulting time. You can schedule two ad-hoc calls throughout the month in addition to regular check-ins, with Slack support for various queries. You can also grant us access to your projects on FlutterFlow, Supabase, Firebase, and any other platforms so we can debug issues and provide targeted guidance.
Accelerate
The Accelerate tier includes more consulting time. You can schedule two ad-hoc calls throughout the month in addition to regular check-ins, with Slack support for various queries. 2. Pricing and payment
2.1 Pricing structure
Lite
The Lite tier is a monthly subscription for ongoing access to the FlutterFlow Foundations video course, the FlutterFlow Starter Kit, and the Kealy Studio members dashboard. Payment is made in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
Developer
The Developer tier is a monthly subscription that includes all Lite tier benefits plus monthly check-in calls and async support via Slack. Payment is made in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
Accelerate
The Accelerate tier is a premium monthly subscription that includes everything in Lite plus two monthly calls and full hands-on support. Payment is made in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
2.2 Payment schedule
All Launchpad tiers operate on a subscription basis with payment due in advance at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the first day of each billing period.
2.3 Refunds
We don't offer partial or prorated refunds if you decide to cancel mid-month. However, you'll still have access to your tier benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Since payments are made in advance, any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
2.4 Late or failed payments
If a payment is not received on or within 3 days of your renewal date, we may pause work on your project or suspend access to services until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in project termination or subscription cancellation.
3. Your responsibilities
3.1 Project ownership
For all tiers, you maintain full ownership of your project and all code developed as part of the Launchpad program. You will always be responsible for the overall outcome of your application and any business decisions related to it.
3.2 Timely feedback and decisions
Lite
As a self-service tier, no feedback or decisions are required from you beyond initial purchase.
Developer
To make the most of your monthly check-in calls and Slack support, we ask that you provide clear questions and context when seeking guidance.
Accelerate
To keep the project on track, we ask that you provide clear questions and context when seeking guidance, and allow us sufficient time to get familiar with your projects before expecting answers about specific issues.
3.3 Project access
Lite
No project access is required for the Lite tier.
Developer
Project access is possible for the Developer tier, but typically, we'll ask you to upgrade to the Accelerate tier if you have expectations about hands on work from us. If you'd like us to review your project during our calls or via Slack, we'll need to be added as a viewer or editor to your FlutterFlow, Supabase, Firebase, and any other project dashboards. If you'd like us to sign an NDA before providing this access, we're happy to do so. Please note that FlutterFlow may charge you for additional editor access.
Accelerate
For the Accelerate tier, we'll need to be added as an editor to your FlutterFlow, Supabase, Firebase, and any other project dashboards your app uses to provide hands-on development support. If you'd like us to sign an NDA before providing this access, we're happy to do so. Please note that FlutterFlow may charge you for additional editor access.
We use MFA on all accounts, use a password manager, we do not use public Wifi networks, and we never leave our machines unlocked when unattended.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 Ownership of work
All code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property on implementation. However, any pre-existing code, tools, frameworks, or general methodologies we use remain our intellectual property and may be reused in other projects.
4.2 Confidential information
We respect the confidentiality of your project. We won't share your private details, business ideas, or proprietary information with anyone outside of Kealy Studio unless required by law.
4.3 Portfolio and case studies
With your permission, we may include your project in our portfolio or use it as a case study. If you prefer to keep your project confidential, we will respect that decision.
5. Cancellation and termination
5.1 Cancellation by you
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Kealy Studio Dashboard. If you have any issues doing this, please contact [email protected]. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Since payment is made in advance, you'll continue to have access to your tier benefits through the end of the paid period.
5.2 Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. This will not ordinarily happen, but may occur as the result of unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, you will be provided with the maximum amount of notice possible.
5.3 Termination for other reasons
We may terminate your subscription if you violate these terms, fail to make required payments, or if we suspect misconduct, abuse, or illegal activity. In cases where your usage consistently exceeds the intended scope of your tier (applicable to Developer and Accelerate), we may suggest upgrading to a higher tier or discussing a custom option.
6. Disclaimers and liability
6.1 General disclaimer
While we'll work diligently to deliver a high-quality application, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, user adoption, revenue, or other results. The success of your application depends on many factors beyond the technical implementation.
6.2 What is not included
Guaranteed Results: For Developer and Accelerate tiers, while we'll provide guidance and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for your application or business.
App Store Approval: For Accelerate tier, while we'll follow best practices for app submission, we cannot guarantee approval by Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
Third-Party Services: We're not responsible for issues, outages, or changes to third-party services (like Firebase, Supabase, or API providers) that may affect your application.
24/7 Support: We're a small team, not robots – so we can't be online all day, every day. Expect responses during normal business hours in the UTC timezone.
6.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Launchpad program, including lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses.
6.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the deliverables or violation of these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know by email. Your continued participation in the Launchpad program after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
